2 teacups of rice
2 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of oil
4 teacups of orange juice
150g of salted, processed macadamia
1 tablespoon of margarine
100g of black raisins
1 tablespoon of thinly cut orange peels
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 tablespoon of mint
1 grated onion
1/2 teacup of orange juice

Cook the rice normally but substitute the water for orange juice.
Sauter the onion, the orange peels, the macadamia and the raisins in margarine.
After sautering, add parsley and mint. Add half a teacup of orange juice
and mix it with the rice. Serve with roasted meats.
