10g of cheddar cheese
250g of cream cheese
1/2 teacup of thinly chopped parsley
1 teacup of chopped macadamia nuts
1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
1 small ground onion
1/2 teacup of salt

Preparation Instructions:
Mix the cheese into a spread. Add 1/2 teacup of macadamia. Mix. Add parsley, onion, worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix well. Roll into balls. Let it cool for 8 hours. One hour before serving, roll the balls in the remaining macadamia nuts and serve with toast and crackers.
