1 1/2 teacups of macadamia
1 teacup of sugar
2 teacups of milk
1 envelope of colorless gelatine
2 teaspoons of water
2 teacups of lightly whipped fresh cream
1 teaspoon of rosewater

Heat the milk, sugar and macadamia. Cool, take to the blender and sift.
Dissolve the gelatine in 2 teaspoons of warm water. Add rosewater to the
milk. Add the lightly whipped fresh cream. Pour into glasses and leave
in fridge until firm.
