2 chicken breasts cut into fillets,
1 teaspoon of ready-mixed spice (garlic, onion, parsley)
1 teaspoon of tomato pulp,
200 g of cheese spread
200 g of half-macadamias (style 4), or broken (styles 5 or 6),
1 teacup of milk
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
Mix the chicken fillets, the pulp and the spice and let it sit for 30
minutes. Put the fillets into a previously greased tray and cover with
macadamias, the creamy cheese, milk and finally, add the parsley. Leave
in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
