4 chicken breasts cut into cubes,
2 red peppers,
2 green peppers,
1 big onion,
100 g of salted and toasted macadamia,
1 teacup of ketchup,
2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
2 tablespoons of vinegar,
2 tablespoons of arrowroot,
1 pinch of hondashi.
Cook until the sauce is thick. Set it aside.
Spice the chicken with salt and pepper.
Cut the onion and peppers and fry them (in sesame oil, if you choose)
until it is “al dente”. Remove it from the pot and use the
same oil to fry the chicken. Put it all together and add the sauce and
the macadamia. To be served immediately.
