Make a “brigadeiro” with:
4 very full tablespoons of Ovomaltine,
1 tablespoon of butter,
2 cans of condensed milk
1 can of regular milk.
Stop heating the brigadeiro when its consistency is between soft and hard,
then let it cool. Add 250 g of raw macadamia style 5 or 6 (broken). Add
8 whipped egg whites with 2 cans of milk cream. Let it cool in the freezer
